prolix software package provides tool to interactively filter chatty command output, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install prolix
prolix is installed in your system.
Make ensure the prolix package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep prolix *
You will get with prolix package name, version, architecture and description in a table
